1. Free Trial Terms

7-Day Free Trial Benefits

  • Cost: $0.00 for the first 7 days
  • Availability: Annual subscription plans only
  • Features: Full access to all premium features
  • No Credit Card: Required during trial signup
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime during trial with no charges

1.1 Trial Eligibility

  • Available to new customers only
  • One free trial per customer/household
  • Must select annual billing plan to qualify
  • Valid email address required for account creation

1.2 Trial Limitations

  • Weekly and monthly plans do not include free trials
  • Previous customers are not eligible for additional trials
  • Corporate accounts may have different trial terms
  • Promotional trials may have modified terms

1.3 Trial to Paid Conversion

After your 7-day free trial ends:

  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription based on selected plan
  • Billing begins on day 8 of your subscription
  • Subscription fee charged according to App Store pricing
  • Email notification sent 24 hours before trial expiration

HyperStreamVPN offers flexible subscription options through the App Store and Google Play Store. All features and pricing are managed through the respective app stores.

App Store Management

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the respective store's policies.

App Store Billing

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment methods and billing are managed by the respective app stores.

3.1 Apple App Store Payment Methods

  • Apple ID Payment: Credit/debit cards linked to your Apple ID
  • Apple Pay: Touch ID, Face ID, or Apple Watch
  • Apple Gift Cards: App Store & iTunes gift cards
  • Carrier Billing: Charge to mobile phone bill (select carriers)
  • PayPal: Available in select regions
  • Apple Cash: Use Apple Cash balance for payments

3.2 Google Play Store Payment Methods

  • Google Pay: Credit/debit cards, bank accounts
  • Google Play Credit: Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Carrier Billing: Charge to mobile phone bill (select carriers)
  • PayPal: Link PayPal account to Google Pay
  • Direct Billing: Some regions support direct bank payments

3.3 Billing Cycles

Apple App Store

  • Automatic renewal based on subscription period
  • Billing occurs 24 hours before period end
  • Charges appear on Apple ID payment method
  • Manage in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Google Play Store

  • Auto-renewal on subscription anniversary date
  • Payment processed through Google Pay
  • Email receipt sent after successful payment
  • Manage in Google Play Store > Subscriptions

3.4 Billing Notifications

  • Apple: Notifications through App Store and email receipts
  • Google: Email confirmations and Google Play notifications
  • Failed Payments: Retry attempts and subscription suspension warnings
  • Free Trial: Reminders sent before trial expiration

4. Refunds and Cancellations

App Store Policy

All refunds and cancellations are managed according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. HyperStreamVPN subscriptions purchased through app stores are subject to the respective store's terms and conditions.

4.1 Apple App Store Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Determined by Apple's refund policy
  • Request Process: Contact Apple Support or use reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Timeframe: Generally within 90 days of purchase
  • Cancellation: Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • Free Trial: Cancel anytime during trial period to avoid charges

4.2 Google Play Store Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Subject to Google Play refund policy
  • Request Process: Contact Google Play Support or use play.google.com/store/account
  • Automatic Refunds: Available within 2 hours of purchase (depending on circumstances)
  • Cancellation: Manage subscriptions in Google Play Store > Subscriptions
  • Free Trial: Cancel before trial ends to avoid automatic billing

4.4 Cancellation Guidelines

iOS Cancellation

  1. Open iOS Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Select "Subscriptions"
  4. Choose HyperStreamVPN
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android Cancellation

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions
  3. Find HyperStreamVPN
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription"
  5. Follow the instructions

Important Note

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but allows continued access until the end of your current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
