Payment Terms

1. Payment Processing

All payments for HyperStreamVPN (also known as HS VPN) are processed through official app stores:

• iOS Users: All payments are processed through Apple App Store
• Android Users: All payments are processed through Google Play Store

HyperStreamVPN does not directly process, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information. All financial transactions are handled securely by Apple or Google according to their payment processing standards.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Monthly Plan

• Billed monthly on a recurring basis
• No long-term commitment required
• Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
• No free trial period

2.2 Annual Plan

• Billed annually (12 months)
• Best value - save compared to monthly billing
• Includes 3-day free trial for new users only
• Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle

3. Free Trial (Annual Plan Only)

New users who subscribe to an annual plan receive a 3-day free trial period:

• Eligibility: Available only for new users who have never subscribed to HyperStreamVPN
• Duration: 3 days from the moment of subscription
• Auto-Charge: After the 3-day trial period, you will be automatically charged for the annual subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends
• Cancellation During Trial: You can cancel anytime during the trial period through your App Store subscription settings without being charged
• One-Time Only: The free trial is available once per user/device

Important: Monthly plans do not include a free trial period. You will be charged immediately upon subscription.

4. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled:

• Monthly Plan: Renews every month on the same date
• Annual Plan: Renews every 12 months on the anniversary date
• Your payment method will be charged automatically 24 hours before renewal
• The subscription price may change with reasonable notice before renewal
• You will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

5.1 For iOS Users (Apple App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select HyperStreamVPN
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

5.2 For Android Users (Google Play Store)

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right
3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
4. Select HyperStreamVPN
5. Tap "Cancel subscription"

Note: Canceling through the app or emailing us will NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your App Store subscription settings.

6. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as they handle all payment transactions. HyperStreamVPN does not process refunds directly.

6.1 For iOS Users

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Find the HyperStreamVPN charge and select "Report a Problem"
• Choose the reason and submit your request
• Apple will review and respond according to their refund policy

6.2 For Android Users

• Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
• Find HyperStreamVPN subscription
• Select the subscription and request a refund
• Or contact Google Play Support directly
• Google will review and respond according to their refund policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's policies, which typically allow refunds within a certain timeframe for accidental purchases or technical issues.

7. Payment Failures

If your payment fails during renewal:

• Apple/Google will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times
• You will receive notifications about payment issues
• Your service may be temporarily suspended if payment continues to fail
• Update your payment method in App Store/Play Store settings
• Your subscription will be canceled if payment issues persist

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices:

• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• New prices apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the notice period
• If you don't agree with the new price, you can cancel before renewal
• Existing subscriptions will honor the original price until the end of the current billing cycle

9. Taxes and Fees

The subscription price displayed includes all applicable taxes and fees required by your jurisdiction. Apple and Google automatically calculate and collect taxes based on your location.

10. Account Sharing

Your HyperStreamVPN subscription is for personal use only:

• One subscription per user account
• Can be used on multiple devices owned by the account holder
• Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited
• Commercial use or reselling is not permitted

11. Service Suspension

We may suspend your service if:

• Payment fails and cannot be processed
• You violate our Terms of Use
• Your account is flagged for suspicious activity
• Fraudulent payment is detected

No refunds will be provided for service suspension due to terms violations.
