3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use HyperStreamVPN to:

• Access streaming services (Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, etc.)
• Browse the internet anonymously
• Secure your connection on public WiFi networks
• Access geo-restricted content where legally permitted

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use HyperStreamVPN to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Launch cyber attacks, hacking, or DDoS attacks
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Access child exploitation material (zero tolerance)
• Engage in fraudulent activities or identity theft
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

4. Account Registration

To use HyperStreamVPN, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

HyperStreamVPN offers:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly with no commitment
• Annual Plan: Billed annually with 3-day free trial for new users

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through:

• Apple App Store for iOS users
• Google Play Store for Android users

By subscribing, you authorize Apple/Google to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.3 Free Trial

New users who subscribe to an annual plan receive a 3-day free trial. You will be charged after the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. Monthly plans do not include a free trial.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• iOS: Apple App Store Subscription Settings
• Android: Google Play Store Subscription Settings

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.

6.2 Refund Policy

All refund requests must be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as they process all payments. HyperStreamVPN does not handle refunds directly.

• iOS Users: Contact Apple Support or request through your Apple account
• Android Users: Contact Google Play Support or request through your Google Play account

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, HyperStreamVPN is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific connection speeds
• Compatibility with all devices or networks
• Access to specific geo-restricted content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HyperStreamVPN, including:

• Software, applications, and source code
• Logo, branding, and visual design
• Website content and documentation
• Trademarks: "HyperStreamVPN" and "HS VPN"

are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• HyperStreamVPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for content accessed through our service
• We are not liable for actions of third parties or force majeure events

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We operate under a strict zero-log policy:

• We do not log your browsing activity
• We do not track your online behavior
• We use bank-level encryption to protect your connection

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Engage in prohibited activities
• Abuse or misuse the service
• Provide false information
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws in our jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
